FOUNDER & CEO

Bill Ebersole

Since its inception in 2005, Community Business Finance has grown into a thriving business lender with over $226 million in long-term fixed-rate financing to 272 small business borrowers, creating over 5,000 jobs in the communities the company serves.

Due to the success of Community Business Finance, Bill was named the SBA Houston District Office Financial Services Champion for 2011. He received his BA from Boston University and his MBA from the University of Texas at Austin. Bill has 20 years of experience in all aspects of SBA lending and CDC management.

PRESIDENT

Vince Calicchia

Vince has served on the company’s Board of Directors since it was established in 2005. Throughout his 31-year career, Vince has distinguished himself as a premier banker in Houston. He led a $65-billion regional bank as a senior business banking relationship manager, directed the SBA Lending Division for a $4-billion Houston-based community bank, and earned accolades as a top producing SBA lender.

In 2008, Vince acted as president of the Houston Association of Government Guaranteed Lenders, an SBA industry trade organization, and he was honored by the SBA as Financial Services Champion of the Year for 2010. He received his BBA from the University of Texas at Austin and his MBA from the University of Houston.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR - LOUISIANA

Jeanne Bergeron

Jeanne has over 11 years of experience in commercial banking with a proven history of delivering financial solutions that meet the customers' key objectives. Since joining Community Business Finance in 2014, she has applied her extensive knowledge of business operations to provide financing packages best suited for growth and success. Jeanne's expertise is in building collaborative relationships with lenders and business owners to serve our clients' best interests.

Susan Spurgeon

Susan joined the team in 2014 and works with borrowers and lenders during the loan application and closing processes. She utilizes her previous experience in communication to help bring additional efficiency to the SBA 504 loan experience at Community Business Finance.

La Tisha Venters

La Tisha Venters has joined Community Business Finance, a Houston-based certified development company that originates SBA 504 loans in Texas and Louisiana. La Tisha holds the position of Houston Market Business Development Director and brings over 20 years of commercial lending experience, where she has served in various roles, including SBA manager, commercial loan supervisor and, most recently, SBA 504 business development office
