La Tisha Venters has joined Community Business Finance, a Houston-based certified development company that originates SBA 504 loans in Texas and Louisiana. La Tisha holds the position of Houston Market Business Development Director. She has over 20 years of commercial lending experience, serving in various roles, including SBA manager, commercial loan supervisor, and, most recently, SBA 504 business development officer. La Tisha is dedicated to helping small business owners achieve their financial goals. She is active in the community as a hospital volunteer and serves on various boards, including the Houston Association of Government Guaranteed Lenders (HAGGL), Victory Community Church, and the University of Houston Small Business Development Advisory Council. She will be the President of HAGGL in 2025 and chair the Mid-America Lenders Conference to be hosted by Houston in April 2025. La Tisha enjoys traveling with family, trying new restaurants, and hosting parties.
